Sponsorship

SPONSOR

A Sponsor is one who sponsors two programs a week for three months.
We reserve the right to select sponsors to safe guard the integrity of the ministry.

PROGRAM (See Program Log.)

Short program (3 to 5min); can have one sponsor per program
Regular program 15 to 30min program can have up to two sponsors per program

Note: No competitive sponsor will be aired on one program.

AVAILABILITY

First come first served. If you wish to sponsor a specific program which is presently being sponsored submit in writing your request and you will be consider when the program is next available

SPONSORSHIP TAG

INTRO: Company/Sponsor name will be mentioned twice. Location, Phone Number and Address will be mentioned once
EXTRO: Company/Sponsor name will be mentioned twice. Location, Phone Number and Address will be mentioned once
BONUS SPOT; These are available on available space only and allocated at the discretion of the Programs Director.

Bonus Spots are meant as a reward to Regular Sponsors and those sponsors who sponsor on an annual basis.

Note: If service provided is not mentioned in company name, service will be mentioned also with company name. (Joe’s = Joe’s tire repair) The manager is open for ideas so please feel free to share them.

SPONSORSHIP RATES

The rate of sponsoring a program on Radio Light is $10
A sponsor must sponsor two programs a week for three months. $240
To sponsor two programs per week for one full year is $1,040
To sponsor two programs a day, 5 days a week for a full year is $5,200
To sponsor one program a day, 7 days a week for a full year is $3,650

Note; You can sponsor as many programs as you wish

PAYMENTS

$240 must be paid in advances or the first month’s payment whichever is greater.
Each additional month of sponsorship must be paid by the 15^th of that month. (Note Send check in on the first of the month to ensure it arrives before the due date.)
Payment must be made by cheque to EBM, and mailed to PO Box 2525 Gov. Bldgs, Suva.

Look forward to receiving your receipt the following month with a Thank You note.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requires a 4-week written notice.
The $240 is not refundable. Any support beyond $240 is refundable where there is a 4-week notice of cancellation of sponsorship.
If Radio Light or Radio Naya Jiwan cancels your sponsorship on their stations the remaining balance will be refunded.
We reserve the right to discontinue a program or sponsorship at any time without notice.
If payment is not received by the 15^th sponsorship will be dropped.
